General Information
 Welcome
Welcome to our villa “TANGO”, we wish you are very pleasant stay. As this is our home we have a few points that we wish to bring to your attention for your safety and enjoyment.
Fire Risk and our No Smoking Policy
FIRE
The South of France is a high risk fire area, you are not allowed to light fires other than in BBQ's and fireplaces inside houses between May and October. If you do the spotter planes will send a fire engine, put the fire out and present you with a large bill.
The fire extinguisher can be found in the Laundry. If you use it please tell us, as we need to get it refilled or replaced. Accidental discharge will be charged for.
NO SMOKING
We are not a smoking family and we ask that you refrain from smoking in the house. Cigarette burns and other damage caused by cigarettes will be charged for!
Facilities Linen, Domestic Stuff
Included in rental - All bed linen (sheets, pillowcases.) All towels including pool/beach towel, bath towel, hand towels, facecloth, tea towels, shower mats.
All bed linen and towels must be washed and dried before departure
otherwise a cleaning charge of €50 will be charged.
Welcome Packs
We offer a welcome pack service, this is what you get and it costs £50.00 or €75.00 Starter pack - (milk, butter, Baguette, eggs, 2 jams, coffee/tea, coffee filters, 1 litre orange juice, bag sugar, 2 bottles mineral water, 2 toilet roll,
washing up liquid, kitchen roll, salt and pepper, 2 dishcloths, cooking oil, bin bags, variety cleaning products and of course local Wines 1 bottle each Red, White and Rose) and more. Its all the basics, most of which will last you the week.
The local wines are great, we get a discount as we buy bulk, in fact we import it into the UK.
Who will meet you?
You will generally be met by either Paul van Waas or Christine van Waas our friends in the village. Paulus is their dog. Paul and Christine are Dutch, know the village and area very well and are very helpful. They are fluent, Dutch, English, French, Spanish... and the list goes on.. Fantastic friends of ours!!

Check in/ Check Out
Check IN time is 16:00 hours or 4:00 o'clock pm
Check OUT time is 10:00 hours or 10:00 am. This enables us enough time to clean and prepare Tango for our next guests.
Rubbish
In France there are Rubbish Bins all around the village, these are for domestic rubbish. The rubbish is not collected from the house.
Getting There Directions
Directions to the property will be emailed to you after we have received the final payment 6 weeks prior to you arrival.
Other - Septic Tank.
Strange as it may seem our new house does have a septic tank.
Our septic tank will not work if household bleach’s are used, as it kills the enzymes that make septic tanks work. Please only buy replacement bleaches like the ones we have left in the house. Now you know why the grass grows so well.
To ensure the continued functioning of the septic tank system we have to flush one packet of Eparcyl down every toilet every week on Saturday. We will supply you with the Eparcyl once a week.
